Anypad Shield Projects & NFTs will help the community identify projects that have passed our due diligence, as well as agreed to new & investor-friendly terms & conditions as well as our usual criteria such as performing KYC on the project’s team and Anypad research.
After accepting the following terms, upcoming sales with the “Anypad Shield” badge will be indicated by a star logo or symbol on their project card:
1. No late distribution of tokens on Anypad! The project will send the tokens to Anypad according to the vesting schedule a minimum of 1hour before the scheduled release time unless the claiming will happen on the project website, which will be active at least 1hour before the claiming time.
2. Anypad retains the right to give refunds to our community of investors if the listing is delayed without doing due diligence, and the token listing date must be within 14 days after the IDO.
3. No more unsuccessful Token Generation Events (TGE) Within the first 24 hours after claiming becomes accessible, we will repay our community if the price of the token after listing falls below the amount at which they purchased it.
4. Your money is SAFE! No more rugs! According to the vesting schedule established with Anypad, the funds raised will be disbursed to the project. We will only distribute an equivalent percentage of the money to the project at least 48 hours after each vesting, for instance, if a project vest 15% of the tokens each month, only 15% of the funds raised will be sent to the project that month. From the remaining funds, we will repay the community in the event that the project is shelved or even pulled.
